Screen Recording for Windows 10 & 11 Made Simple

You need a clean screen recording without signing up or waiting for uploads. SwiftRec captures your monitor, microphone, and system audio in one MP4 file — no watermark, no clutter, no account.

Why SwiftRec for Windows 10 Screen Recording

Windows 10 built-in tools have limits. The Game Bar won't record File Explorer or let you pick a custom region. You're stuck with what Microsoft decided was enough. SwiftRec gives you four capture modes: full screen, single window, freeform region, or a specific monitor. Pick what you actually need to record.

Everything stays local. No cloud upload, no sign-in, no watermark burned into your footage. Hit the hotkey, record, and your MP4 lands in your Videos folder. That's it.

The download is tiny and portable. Extract the ZIP, launch from anywhere — desktop, USB stick, a folder you own. No installer, no background services scattering files across your system.

Audio in Your Screen Recording

Narrate while you record. Turn on the microphone icon to capture your voice. Turn on the speaker icon to record what's playing on your PC — a video, music, game audio, whatever. Both go into the same MP4, already mixed together.

For tutorials, mute the game or app and only record your mic. For gameplay clips or software demos, record just the system audio. The icons toggle independently, so you're never locked into one setup.

Quick Start: Record Your First Clip

Extra Features Worth Knowing

Mouse clicks and key presses can show on screen. Toggle this on when you're making a how-to and want viewers to see exactly where you clicked or what you typed.

Add a webcam bubble on top of your capture for talking-head videos or reaction clips. Optional, turn it off if you don't need it.

Grab still screenshots to PNG with a hotkey — full screen, a window, or a region you draw. Faster than Print Screen for quick bug reports or chat messages.

Export as MP4 (H.264) or animated GIF. MP4 is ready for YouTube or an editor. GIF works for Discord, GitHub issues, or anywhere you need a silent clip.
